Return Policy
Martina Guerra Goldsmith is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of in-stock merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. The original sales receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returnable items must be in new condition. Items that show scratches, wear and tear are non-returnable. Martina Guerra Goldsmith reserves the right to deny any return.
